PENNSYLVANIA ASSOCIATION FOR JUSTICE HONORS TEMPLE LAW’S TRIAL TEAM 

Philadelphia March 22 - Temple law students Brian Burack, Shilpa Kalra and Caroline Leigh won the Region 3 round of the annual National Trial Competition. These students will advance to the final round of the competition in Texas in April.

Kenneth Rothweiler, Esq., President-Elect of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, honored the team with the Murray G. Love Award, which is conferred annually to those students who win the regional round of this competition, which Temple’s team has won every year but one since 1989. JoAnne A. Epps, Dean of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, joined Rothweiler in the students’ award ceremony.
