PAJ's largest section, the Auto Law Section was created in 2001 to meet the demands of auto law practitioners. The section offers a variety of services & benefits including a newsletter, important news alerts, quarterly meetings and a very popular e-mail list server with over 500 users. The active members of the Auto Section list server have found it to be among the most important benefits of their PAJ memberships.
Section members pay $150 annually in addition to PAJ member dues.
The Insurance Bad Faith Section addresses the needs of trial lawyers practicing in this ever-changing area of the law. The section produces a newsletter, distributes special news alerts, holds occasional meetings and offers an e-mail list server.
Section members pay $50 annually in addition to PAJ member dues.
Launched in 1996, the Medical Malpractice Section was created in response to the needs of members practicing in the field of medical negligence. The section offers a popular list server, defense expert witness bank, special news alerts and reduced rates for selected PAJ seminars and products. For access to this plaintiffs-only e-mail for Med Mal Section members who meet specific eligibility requirements and who submit an affidavit.

The Future Leaders Section was formed to meet the unique needs of lawyers who have recently entered into the practice of P.I. law. Members who have been in practice fewer than 10 years receive reduced PAJ dues and are automatically enrolled in the Future Leaders Section.
The section offers many ways to connect: social events, meetings, LinkedIn and Facebook. Benefit from reduced rates for most PAJ events and CLE. Section members participate in special projects, including a Hot Coffee outreach effort.

PAJ's Workers' Compensation Section was established to address the needs of members representing claimants. The section elects 3 members annually to serve on the PAJ Board of Governors. Section membership provides access to a popular list server, statewide meetings, and special news alerts.
